I have used Cox for 4 Years already and it seems like they are constantly raising their Rates or adding this and that to the Bill. Every Year it goes higher. It's the only Cable Company for this Area that I know of. I tried the Dish but we kept loosing the Picture so Cox is our only Option. I had someone come out recently because our Computer Modem stoped working. The Service Guy was really nice. It wasn't our Modem and he gave me a Loaner. The Company and Customer Service is nice. Wish their Prices wpuld stay the same though!
