I spent over $600.00 on a camera and a few weeks later the lens cap broke due to a faulty spring. I went back to get it replaced and they were going to charge me the shipping fee plus the cost of the cap. Their service was slow and they would not even pay for the shipping. I was happy to pay for the new cap but they would not "spring" for the shipping cost. I will not buy anything from there again. more
