I purchased my home in 2004 and stumbled across Morgan Collins in my search online for homes. Katie Horne took us on as clients, and she worked her butt off for us! We were living in Baltimore, MD and could only visit homes after work or on weekends, and Katie did all she could to make it possible to get in and look around as soon as the homes came on the market.
We had first contacted a few different agents from other companies who would simply not return calls, would not show up at houses we wanted to see after making appointments and more. Katie showed us how it really should be when buying a home. There were nights when we hung up the phone at 9pm or later with my questions, and she was calling me back at 8am with answers. She is unbelievable!
When we found the home we wanted, she took us straight back to her office, we drafted and offer and she helped walk us through all of the steps. We were first time home buyers, and she went above and beyond to make sure we did not get taken advantage of! She even helped us secure a lower rate mortgage when the company we were pre-approved with was not one she felt confident would pan out in the long run.
After our home purchase we had an issue with the home owners insurance policy we were given. Although it was no longer her "problem" she took on the sales agent for the policy and helped get it resolved. She has been a great help in locating services, and finding information for us.
I would use Katie Horne and Morgan Collins again in a heart beat, in my opinion they are the greatest!
