I called the Bothell Location and asked for help with my carpets, I was met with excellent customer service. Within a few days they were there to do the job.
I had a real problem with allergens and mold spore in my carpet, it caused skin reactions and breathing problems, the skin reactions are fading and my breathing problems changed immediatly, what a great company and great people to work with. I highly recommend this company.
