Everyone was very friendly including the initial phone call about information and setting up an appointment. The technician was informative about the procedure, effiecent, and did an excellent job. Overall, very pleased. Specifically, two wing back chairs that were old and in need of cleaning turned out almost like new. My cat has taken cat naps in them. The carpet looks much newer. I like the dust mite anti-allergen and Lysol sanitizing deodorizer. I feel this will be quite beneficial to the members of our family with allergies and to my daughter who has had heart valve replacement plus many other health problems and is very susceptible to bacteria exposure.
