I went to Sears tonight with my boyfriend to buy a washer and dryer and things started out pretty good. Well the sales guy came over and started putting everything into the computer and stuff and before taxes he told us it would be around $909. Well my bf said that is with the 0% interest rate right and the guy told him no that it has to be a washer or dryer has to be over $399 to get 0% interest. We tried to explain to him that the card we have is one that no matter what you get 0% interest but he said no. Needless to say we told him we were going to wait on it and thank you for the help. My boyfriend went to shake his hand and he just turned his back to us and didn't say a word. That was so rude in him but he wouldn't speak or shake his hand so we just left. He called his step-dad and told him what happened and he called the main Head Board of Sears. They said no matter what he should get 0% interest and they gave him the number for the store we went to. He called that store to talk to the manager and they kept putting him on hold and sending him to different people. He was on hold for about 15 minutes and hung up. He called the Head of Sears back and he is still on the phone with them an hour later. I would recommend not going to this Sears location unless you want to deal with them. If you have a card that is 0% interest no matter what you won't get it.
