This is the most careless fascility I came across in US. I had to force them to do my thyroid test during my 9th week of pregnancy. Even after the test came out to be high TSH, they did not inform me for 1 week. When I wanted to talk to the Dr, they returned mmy call after 48hrs.
When I asked about it to Dr. Valerie Bell, she said it is our responsibility to call next day and get the results.
The staff is very irresponsible. Even to get the PCPs name correctly into their system I had to call 5 times.
One of my friend had twins and Dr. Bell did not detect it till ultrasound. One of the test came negative, so they asked her to take psychiatric appointment for aborting the pregnancy. After that they detected that the test is abnormal because of the twins. Staff asked them to enjoy now.
