Here's why I consider Cowgirl Sea-Horse a kid friendly place from a recent NY visit.
Pros: Good Kids Menu, Sea-horse Decor keeps kids busy, and friendly staff. It was also a great to have unisex bathrooms with changing tables in each. Cons: No parking except street parking, but this is NY.
