I moved on a Thursday, mid-month, so I got one of the least expensive deals - 2 men and a truck for $70/hour.
Also, I booked the movers less than 24 hours in advance (note to readers: don't do this unless it's absolutely necessary, because that's just mean!) and everyone was perfectly pleasant and professional about the situation.
I was quoted 6.5 hours, but due to the awesome packing and manual labor skills of myself (ha.ha.) and my boyfriend (more legitimate), they moved us in about 4 hours. One of the movers saw our cheapo furniture and said, these might break from the weight, while we move them. And both my boyfriend and I said "do what you can. It's cheap, and you're not miracle workers." NOTHING BROKE.
The two men that helped us were Juan and I can't remember the other's name. Both were really chill, I couldn't be happier. The move was smooth sailing. I would definitely recommend this company.
