We had a pest control maintenance plan with a big national chain company for a couple of years. The problem is the customer service was lacking. It was the last straw when they never showed up for an appointment and didn't even bother to call. We decided to find another company. We called around and decided upon Carmel Pest Control because they were friendly on the phone. We have been extremely happy with their customer service. They have been out to the house a couple of times. One time the tech even called to tell us he was going to be 5 minutes late! Our old company was consistently 20+ minutes late without the courtesy of a call! I can't say enough about Carmel Pest Control. I have even talked my brother and his wife into changing over to them!
