Lone Star Home Health Services was responsible for my mother's wellness when they were discharged from the hospital. Sara, the owner, personally called me and guided me through the home health process since I was not familiar with it. She sent one of her nurses to check on my mother on a weekly basis, and my mother made a new friend. I couldn't be happier with the service we were provided. I called the social worker at the hospital back and let her know how much I appreciated the agency she referred. If ever a need in the future, I will be contacting Sara and her team at Lone Star Home Health again!
