Being the baby superstore, you'd think they'd keep up on keeping their shelves stocked but it's the complete opposite. You walk in there looking for newborn products and good luck finding it, or an associate who wants to help you find it. You could search the whole store, pass about 5 or 6 associates, and none of them will ask if they can help you. We're in there at least 3 times a week and each time we search for pacifiers or bottles, the shelves are empty. But, with it being the dominating baby depot, it doesn't matter how disappointed you are when you are met with no products because you'll have to go back eventually to see if what you need has been put up.
On the other hand, the selection for cribs and changers is wonderful. The clothes are cute and you can pretty much find what you're looking for that way on your own. Get up to the check out counter on the weekend and get ready for a little bit of a wait. So grab a cart if you think you might do a little bit of extra shopping unexpectedly instead of waiting in line with a handful of heavy stuff! Trust me, it's been done before and it's not a fun thing to get stuck doing.
