I've been going to "It's Greek To Me" for about the last year. The buffet is fairly small, but it is always fresh, to the point where you sometimes have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for a fresh batch to come out. Here's the lineup: (and it hasn't changed once, for me anyway) Herbed chicken, gyro meat, usually a mousakka ( meat version), and squash-family veggie. All of these are good, the mousakka may have to much oil, but you can dredge some of it away. The chicken, well, it's usually tasty, but I sure do wish they could keep their chicken dishes as tender as the Indians do. It also has two salads, the ubiquitous Greek Salad, and also a spinach salad - believe it or not, the spinach salad is quite good. It is rounded out with a pita bread selection, a hummus dip, and a rice pudding for dessert. This place seems to be a hit for lunch with girls because they can nibble on the salads and dip if there doing the dieting thing.
