It is one of the area's best for Mexican fast food and it is definitely fresh. The menu has a variety of choices quesadilla, burritos, tacos, fajita's, salad & even soup!. I always get the Burrito Ultimo with charbroiled steak. It comes with your choice of charbroiled chicken, pork carnitas or charbroiled steak, grilled peppers, chilies, onions, melted jack and cheddar cheese, roasted salsa baja, rice and sour cream, it is served with tortilla chips, so I get a side of Guacamole (3 oz.). For under 10.00 with a iced tea I can have a good filling lunch or dinner that is not loaded with MSG like most of the other fast-food Mexican restaurants. I like to sit at one of the outside tables while I eat. If you go for dinner be prepared some nights Baja Fresh is very busy. They have a call-ahead pick up if you do not want to wait.
