What homeowner doesn't panic when they see a major plumbing issue in their home. I was stressed out just knowing that the cost was going to be major. Brian came over with a smile and once he started talking, I calmed down. He then introduced me to a contractor he knows who was also very kind. They all reassured me that it would all be taken care of and my insurance would take care of the major costs. Brian was truly like having a friend over. I would definately recommend Art Plumbing to anybody. Kudos to the receptionist also who took my initial call. She was also very professional and kind. I didn't have to know her. I could just hear it in her voice.
