We tried for hours to remove everything, but you could still see the stain. Carpet Solutions came out the very next morning, made it look like new. PROS: they're pros. They know flooring. they're thorough. they're extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. They aim to win your business for life. Pricing is good, well worth the results.They have that small-business feel -- truthful, ethical, and hard-working. CONS: I had to take a day off work (I'll pretend like that is a CON when in fact I got to relax and read in the backyard most of the day). The areas you have cleaned will make the areas you DIDN'T have cleaned look worse. The van equipment is noisy, so make your appointment for a time when your wont wake your neighbors. (NOTE that all the CONS apply to any thorough, van-based cleaning service) I will continue to HIGHLY recommend this company to friends and family. At this point, I probably wouldn't trust any other company to meet my new expectations.
