I buy my athletic shoes from Running Wild on 2nd Sreet in Coralville. I have worn Assic Gels for years but there are not a lot of places that have them. I started going to Running Wild after they opened and was glad to have someone trained to look at my current shoes and my gait and tell me if I was wearing the right shoe for me.

There are week-end run/walks from the Coralville store in the Watch Tower Plaza. They start out on Sunday mornings at 7 am. You structure your own run/walk.
There are water breaks along the course. After the run you can join the others for bagels and juice or water. There is no charge to participate.
