I don't know if the problem is the Sprint corporation or this particular store (I'm guessing it's the whole corp), but I've never experienced worse customer service. Staff seems annoyed with your very presence, and if you do get them to pay attention they don't know what they're talking about. I lost cell phone service in the store itself. Awful, just awful. Go with Verizon.
