Bad: Like other plumbers I have hired, he grabbed some nearby towels of mine to soak up some water. Why don't plumbers bring their own towels? Upon the second visit, he did bring his own towels for cleanup.. Improvements: Give your employee's towels and make sure that when they walk into a customers house, they have a towel with them..
