We took our family holiday pictures here, and had such a great experience that we decided to join their club. Now, I feel as though they gave us such an enjoyable first experience in order for us to join the club. I spent over $200 on the first visit, with the thought that i would get free pictures all year round. Well, when these people realized that i was only planning on taking advantage of their free pictures that cam in the package, they were less than helpful. our 2nd third and fourth visit didn't result in such great pictures. this was because they only took five shots and were not concentrating on making them good. I was very upset and am not planning to go back there.
