Excellent Service. I have never had a better customer service experience with a company. The install techs are very friendly and skilled. Never had one billing problem. As far as rain fade, it only goes out one or two times a year. Snow is not a problem if you fill a squirt gun with hot water. I think that I will be a customer forever.
