I now have a new lease on life thanks to your company. I now have hope where hope didn't exist before. I thought that I wasn't going to be able to have a normal future and that I was locked into a room with a key that was thrown away. I just was thinking the IRS was going to stand in the way on anything that I could have ever done. I never had to wonder what was happening, because even after I paid you what I owed for the service you kept giving me weekly updates. I can't tell you, truly how impressed I was with that.
