I received a gift from VS that I intended to exchange at their large Fifth Avenue store. Though I got a friendly greeting at my welcome I was not impressed.
The store was dingy and the carpet was completely filthy. Th staff performed in a formulaic manner. The same sales woman said, "Hi, Welcome to Victoria's Secret can I help you with anything today?"
I told her once what I was looking for (they didn't have my size (which is a very regular size) in stock. Did she suffer from amnesia, she couldn't possibly forget my face 3x withing 10 minutes!
Overall very disappointing in: staff, selection and overall store quality.
