Let me say, I love breaded tenderloins and I think I have found the best in Iowa if not further...for all of you that don't live in the mid-west, a breaded tenderloin is the center part of a pork loin that is pounded thin, battered and deep fried to perfection.
The person making them has to know what they are doing, or you end up with just another fritter!
My husband stops and picks up one of these to go and it is bigger than the stryofoam container that they send it home in. He and I share this and are stuffed! Sometimes, places pound them so thin that they loose all of their flavor, but it is not the case here! The breading is great also!
It is a bar, but get the food to go if you don't want to eat in the bar!
