You guys have given me what I can finally call a new lease on life. There is now a hope that I haven't had in a long time. I thought that I wasn't going to be able to have a normal future and that I was locked into a room with a key that was thrown away. I just thought that Uncle Sam, the IRS, was going to put a stamp on my future and say 'NO NO NO'. But the most important thing that you did was even after I had paid the money I owed you, I got a call almost every week letting me know the update on my case. You have to understand, how much that meant to me. Also another thing that you did was let me know that in the beginning if you couldn't help me that you wouldn't take my case. You lived up to that. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart as I can't think of a better investment for my future I've ever made.
