This bakery has THE BEST cakes I've ever had. If you have kids in the Giggle Gang at Oakland Mall, you know what I'm talking about. Those cakes come from Party Cakes. The frostings are awesome. The cakes are awesome. The decorating is awesome! They can do absolutely anything, they've even done a cake that looks like spaghetti! Must be good, the baker is a judge at the state fair after winning a bunch of times herself. Try the cherry chip cake, it's to die for!
