The very first opening of Louie's on a Sunday (Mother's Day), I took my Wife and Mother-In-Law for a Mother's Day treat. There were a few glitches at the beginning, but unlike many places I've been to, instead of just a bunch of lip service, everyone made a serious effort to correct any and ALL of them. The food was incredible and our waitress beyond incredible! My Wife even stated "Best Mother's Day dinner EVER!" Try Louie's out - Ask to be served by Brie if possible, you won't be disappointed! If you seek speed and are really not concerned about quality, you need to avoid Louie's.
