Your company gave me a new lease on life. I now have hope where hope didn't exist before. I felt like there was a room with padded walls that I was locked in that kept me away from my money and my hope of having any type of good future. I just thought that Uncle Sam, the IRS, was going to put a stamp on my future and say 'NO NO NO'. But the most important thing that you did was even after I had paid the money I owed you, I got a call almost every week letting me know the update on my case.
