BEWARE of Maids Etc. We used a groupon for 2 man-hours of cleaning and the result was horrible. Upon calling the company and eventually reaching the owner, he was incredibly rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional, eventually hanging up on me. Overall, it was a very poor cleaning job, as if the young man and woman had never cleaned before. Upon calling and reaching the owner, he said they would come back and clean again, begrudgingly. I debated having them come back, because if they did that poor of a job in the first place, what would be the point? I asked for a refund, and he scoffed and rudely told me to contact groupon. He interrupted me and talked over me the entire conversation. Finally, incredibly angry and disappointed at this point, I said, “Well, based on this conversation, I think I understand why the house looks the way it does.” He replied, “Man, get off my damn phone.” He then hung up the phone on me.
