You guys have given me what I can finally call a new lease on life. I now have hope where hope didn't exist before. I thought that I wasn't going to be able to have a normal future and that I was locked into a room with a key that was thrown away. I just was thinking the IRS was going to stand in the way on anything that I could have ever done. What really impressed me was even after I paid you what I owed you for the service, you still called me almost every week giving me updates on my case. I can't tell you how much that meant to me. Also another thing that you did was let me know that in the beginning if you couldn't help me that you wouldn't take my case. You lived up to that.
