I had a water heater fail and flood the utility room floor on Tuesday night. I was referred to Fast by Home Depot when I went there Wednesday to look at options to have it replaced. Gus Luna at Fast was clear and concise about the options available when I called on Wednesday afternoon. Thursday AM, Kevin Yarnell showed up on time and ready for the job, with all parts needed in the truck. He took out the two old heaters (one had failed & been bypassed a few months ago), installed the new one, and worked with me to redesign the system and safety valve egress so that the flooding should not occur again. He also pointed out some below-code plumbing unrelated to the water heater and explained how I could correct it. Good job.
