Responsiveness and service were GREAT. Excellent attention to our needs and to helping us with specific problem stains and concerns about the carpet. The owner came out ahead at a time that was convenient for us and gave us a thorough estimate and his expert opinions which were really helpful. Carpets came out really nice and clean!
