I had been banking with this branch of Wachovia since SouthTrust was bought out by them and I have never had such poor service in my entire life. Their drive thru is so long you could retire in line. I just had a cd become mature and wanted some info on rates for a new one. I had called three difference branches and I went into this branch but the customer service reps were so busy I had to leave my name and telephone number with a teller. 24 hours later I did not have a returned phone call so I went back to the bank and waited for an hour to talk to a rep. They could have cared less. I told them I wanted to close the CD and they did not care. The rep just filled out the paperwork and gave me the check. They did not care if they lost a customer or not. I then took the check and went to Washington Mutual where I was treated like gold. They have my business from now on. I am in process of closing all my accounts with Wachovia and will transfer my equity credit line as soon as possible. more
