I was appalled at how I was treated as a potential customer, when I turned into their parking lot by accident. I called to complain to management as soon as I got home. The manager was semi-apologetic on the phone, but ultimately defended his employees' actions. It was presumed that I was only there to cause trouble, since I was on a motorcycle. I was scolded like a teenager and told to leave immediately... as I was in the middle of doing a u-turn to do just that (hey, we've all turned the wrong way one in our lives, right?). The employee was belligerent, belittling, and accusatory. Don't believe me? This is why I ride with a helmet camera. I was stunned. Way to burn a bridge, Mr. Customer-Friendly. Neither I, nor any of my circle of friends, will be giving this establishment any of our business.
