Wow, these guys really helped me immensely and solved my problems, more or less. I was always kept in the loop on what was happening, and they absolutely did more than I was ever expecting. I'd receive emails contantly as well as phone calls to keep me in the loop. They never made me feel like I was just another number and was being ignored.
I feel like the biggest burden of all time has been lifted off of my shoulders. Gone are the anxious feelings that I was facing with the IRS. I'm finally going to be able to buy a home, and I don't feel like me and my family have a huge monkey on our backs.
