I love Mexican food and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, but Alamo wins hands-down for their incredible black beans! The rest of the food, is pretty good as well, including the margeritas. It's a bit pricey for everyday, but a couple of times a month I treat myself to a night out. They have entertainment on the weekends (two mexican guys doing traditional ballads) and for a $5 cover, you can dance the night away next door.
