This would have been the 2nd time I was going to work with this company and that, due to the fact that the first time, they had been amazing. The sign, the service and the Customer Relationship Management were perfect. Came to realize the second time around was not so great. (With the same guy) Maybe because this time I wanted a cheaper sign....We never got to an agreement because a proof , which was supposed to be sent to me, never was......with excuses such as ''I was away'' ,''I never got to it'' ''you will have it tomorrow''....Tomorrow never came,,, Angry I sent an email stating an ultimatum for the reception of my proof, otherwise I would look for somebody else. That time, nobody answered.... Big waste of time, for me and my company which had just recouped from a big financial loss earlier and was stepping back in business, with dddsigns as the best reference for that matter.....My 1 star is due to this big disappointment,,,,invalidating the first time around. So my first hypothesis is that they will treat you based on how heavy your pocket is and that is extremely bad for any business, which should know that each customer counts. The other hypothesis is that they just lost it over time and got comfortable which had an impact on their seriousness.
