They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason. They cheat out tenants on the deposit by charging them things that were not discussed on the walk out. They are slow to resolve issues with maintenance. They cheated me out of almost $700 on my deposit when I rented with them. I filed with the BBB and even with their assistance it was not resolved.
