They never drew up a contract despite the fact the job was for more than $1000 (which they are legally obligated to do). They tried to bill me for work they had not completed and prior to inspection. Then they sent me a letter demanding the money and pretended it was from a lawyer. They eventually took me to small claims court and of course they were not awarded money for the work they did not complete. I called an inspector myself to get the final inspection on their work, and it failed to pass.
