I should be able to choose 'no stars' as a review option. I found them through 'Service Magic', which did not allow me to leave any sort of review for Houck and Associates. They told me they'd come out and give me an estimate on my work at 10 AM the next morning. They did not show up for their appointment time, or for the next four hours that I waited for them. Whenever I called I was sent to voicemail. I let them know that as discussed the day before, I needed to leave at two for work and that on the off-chance they were still intending on coming that I would leave the property open and they could leave their estimate. I received a message about an hour later saying they would go and leave the estimate. They did not do that either. All they left was a business card telling me to call for another appointment. They left nothing, and as far as could be told they did not even walk through the property. Terrible service, they don't show for appointments, have terrible communication practices, and don't do what they agree to do. Two thumbs DOWN, for them as well as 'Service Magic'.
