In passing a testimonial it is best to start with the reasons behind me moving from my old accountant. As a new business owner I was guided by past partners when sourcing suppliers such as an accountant and I never valued the input until I moved to be under Mel's wing. To my last accountant I was simply a number and I was a business with which they just flicked the paperwork for BAS etc. I did all of the work and was charged a hefty fee to be on their books.
