My washer had been making some weird grinding noises for a couple of weeks and, being the typical broke college student I am, I decided to ignore it. But then it got worse until one day it just completely stopped working!
So I called up royal appliances on Tuesday morning and they were at my apartment by Tuesday afternoon. They told me on the phone it sounded like a transmission or motor problem. Turns out, it was the motor! I really didn't have to pay as much as I expected and it was a really fast and easy ordeal.
