I had my hair permanently straightened by Nadia. She burnt my hair, and when I came to show it to her, that's what she said to me:
"I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK, WHAT YOUR FRIENDS TELL YOU, OR EVEN YOUR HUSBAND. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOUR HAIR."
When I told her that my hair is breaking and falling off, because of the damage, and asked for the refund of $300.00 for bad service (which included tip!), she went on yelling - in front of her customer "NO! GO AWAY! YOU DON'T BELONG HERE! YOU ARE JUST ALL ABOUT MONEY, AND GO AROUND LOOKING FOR A FREE SERVICE (for the record - she doesn't even know me, that was my first - and of course - the last time I have ever went to her for hair service).
Well, for $300.00 I now have fried hair and for the first time in my life, I got yelled at by a hairdresser, who didn't even offer any kind of treatment - probably knowing, that nothing would help it anyway, except for shaving bold.
