When I am working in this area, Subway is my choice for a good lunch. I think it is relatively healthy because your not getting any really greased up meat. I usually just stick to the lean veggie or tuna subs and cut down on the cheese and mayo content to keep things balanced. I'm not trying to be like that guy on their commercials who lost an enormous amount of weight, but it sure does help to be able to find a healthy alternative when eating out. If you're not really looking for the healthy deal, they also have some great meatball subs, chips, and chocolate chip cookies that should satisfy your craving.
