I have tried numerous times to try and give Circuit City a shot. We purchased a television several months ago and ended up waiting 2 hours for them to bring it to us from the back storeroom. The service is horrendous. The majority of their staff is teenagers and they just are generally not helpful and also not very knowledgeable. We even purchased online and were assured that our product would be ready within 20 minutes of arriving to pick it up. 1 1/2 hours later . . . we were still waiting.
