California Pizza Kitchen is a great place to try out if you are looking for a new twist on pizza. I think most Chicagoans are used to the greasy pizza atypical to Chicago. But this pizza is a fresh change. You get a pretty not-so-greasy crust topped with a lot of unusual pizza toppings, like sour cream, avacadoes, barbecued chicken, etc. The overall result is great. The pizza here is tasty and you don't end up feeling like you ate too much grease or cheese. They also have a lot of other entrees on their menu, like noodles and meat dishes. Overall, a great place to try out!
