I went here about a month ago to next day air a letter. The lady that worked at the counter was pretty rude. I asked her if next day delivery by noon was gauranteed and she snapped at me: "Of course it is!" The service here sucks. Even though they did get my letter delivered on time, I will not go back here again. There are many other such places that provide the same service in the area and I would much rather pay for better service!
