I stopped going to Kmart because of the nightmare I had here after the baby shower for my son 3 years ago. I had some items that were from Kmart (they even had the Kmart sticker on them), but they wouldn't let me return them for ever store credit because I had no receipt. I tried to explain that they were duplicate shower gifts and I had no use for them, but they stuck by not letting me return them. I ended up bringing the items to a Kmart by where I worked and they took them back no problem for store credit.
Also, the few times I've been to this store, I can never find an associate on the floor to help me and the cashier is either chomping on gum or just very rude.
