This is a company with dishonest owners that you do NOT want to deal with. When I was just opening a small business and didn't have a lot of capital to work with, I ordered a phone system from the Phone Center/Tri-Star. It was installed wrong, so that I could not make or receive phone calls. Then, when I called their office to report this, I was dealt with rudely. When they finally came to my office after several days, they did correct their wiring error; however, the pain of dealing with these people was not worth having this system (which could only be purchased locally from their company).
