La Fiesta is a small private restaurant off route 3 in Crofton. They make the some of the best and inexpensive Mexican entrees in the county. Their service is slow but pleasant and thoughtful. The food is prepared quickly and fresh. They also provide an endless supply of homemade Tostito chips and salsa, which I might add is my favorite. The atmosphere is a bit hammy but enjoyable. Overall La Fiesta is worth checking out.
